Immerse yourself in Sicilian food and culture through Carmel’s eyes and that of her Sicilian family.

Carmel will take you to: the small fishing village of Scoglitti on the south coast of Sicily, the home of Modica Chocolate, local wineries and villages specialising in cheese making and tomatoes – every stop a photo waiting to be taken.

This year we will commence our tour in Sicily’s capital Palermo, known for its history, culture, architecture and gastronomy. We spend two days discovering this city which is like no other in Italy, particularly its world renowned street food scene featuring saffron arancini, cazilli (potato croquettes), panelle (chick pea fritters) and sfincione (Sicilian pizza). We also visit the nearby seaside town of Terrasini and the historical medieval town of Erice.
