Cooking day tours

Carmel Ruggeri will take you to her family's favourite culinary suppliers for granita & brioche, pastries, sausages, cheese, salami & other deli produce.

Chef will then demonstrate how to make scacce (focaccia-like stuffed bread, a Ragusan specialty) followed by a late lunch where food & wine will be aplenty.

€200 per person includes bus transfers, tastings, cooking demonstration, recipes & lunch with wine, grappa, Averna & limoncello.

Start 9am in Scoglitti, finish 5pm. Transfers to Scoglitti available at an extra cost from Ragusa & Catania.
